Oversized bronze horse head sculpture

Born in 1963, Nic Fiddian-Greeneen is now well known as a British sculptor whose main work is the massive and imposing horse head sculpture. While studying at the Chelsea School of Art, he was sent to visit the British Museum for inspiration. In the Elgin Marble Room, he came across the horse of the Moon Goddess and discovered the horse's exquisite head carving. Described it as "one of the most beautiful sculptures I've ever seen", and has since created a number of breathtaking works on the subject of horse heads.
