The creation process of this custom marble carving fireplace mantel:

Initially, the client only shared a simple hand-drawn dimension diagram. 

Through communication with the client, we gradually understood their preferred style and design, and then we designed according to their requirements.

After the design was approved, we began production. The fireplace was sculpted and assembled from multiple parts.

After the carving is completed, we will conduct an assembly inspection at the factory.

If needed, we can recommend electric fireplace inserts based on the style and size of the fireplace.

Packing & Shipping

1. Inner Protection: Stone fireplaces are packed in sections, with foam boards separating each piece to prevent bumps and scratches.
2. Custom Wooden Crate: Encased in a reinforced, fumigated plywood crate with internal bracing, designed to withstand rough handling during long-distance shipping.
   
3. Labeling: All packages are clearly labeled with fragile handling instructions, destination details, and order information for smooth customs clearance and delivery tracking.
