       DC Comics and the city of Burbank have teamed up again to create a 600-pound bronze statue of Wonder Woman, which is now open to the public 24 hours a day.
        The City of Burbank and the District of Columbia have teamed up to create a new 600-pound statue, and this time it’s Wonder Woman’s turn to rise in bronze. Available 24 hours a day in front of the Warner Bros. studio. Studio Tour Hollywood at 3400 Warner Blvd. Burbank, California. This statue is based on a design by Jenny Frison and was made by American Fine Arts Foundry and Fabrication in Burbank.
        Fans will remember Batman as the first collaboration between DC and the city of Burbank, when they erected a 600-pound statue designed by Jim Lee. Burbank Mayor Constantine Anthony, President of Global Brands, Franchises and Experiences Pam Lifford, DC Chief Creative Office and publisher Jim Lee, and Wonder Woman 1984 director Patty Jenkins attended the unveiling of Wonder Woman’s statue.
        “Wonder Woman is one of the most beloved and iconic DC superheroes the world has ever seen – a champion of truth, justice and a champion of peace,” said Pam Lifford, president of Global Brands, Franchises and Experiences. “As we start celebrating the 100th anniversary of Warner Bros. — share every story, Wonder Woman is part of the history and legacy of the company. Not only is she a key figure on the Studio Tour, but our story has been going on for 100 years. , now it will be a permanent decoration.
        Visit Burbank also reprinted the famous story of Amelia Earhart’s landing on Themyscira from Wonder Woman: The Peacemaker, written by Amanda Dibert with art by Aaron Lopresti. The comic will feature a new Frizon cover and is available through Visit Burbank.
        “Since its debut in All-Star Comics #8, Wonder Woman has been published around the world and has inspired millions of fans around the world who see themselves in the pages of comic book adventures, Linda Carter’s television shows or Gal Gadot’s film,” DC Chief Creative Officer and Publisher Jim Lee commented. “Her true secret superpower is that she continues to unite fans around what they love.”
       The opening today was attended by local government and business representatives, including Burbank Mayor Constantine Anthony, President of Global Brands, Franchises and Experiences Pam Lifford, DC Chief Creative Office and publisher Jim Lee, and Wonder Woman 1984 director Patty Jenkins.

        The over 600 lb Wonder Woman statue was made by American Fine Arts Foundry and Fabrication in Burbank and designed by renowned artist Jenny Frison.
